Review and approve work within the agreed timeline.

Delays in providing required information may affect the project timeline.
4. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, graphics, and marketing materials created by Vayuroop remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
After full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Some services require third-party platforms such as:

Vayuroop is not responsible for service interruptions, account suspensions, or policy changes made by these third-party platforms.
6. Limitation of Liability

Continuous availability of third-party platforms

Refund Policy
General Policy
At Vayuroop, we invest significant time, expertise, and resources into every project. Therefore, payments made for digital marketing services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered only if:

We are unable to start the project for reasons solely attributable to Vayuroop.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, wherever possible.
